You will need to submit the following information:
Name of the non-profit organization
Name of the Group Leader
Name and information of the contact person
Name of the Owner of the non-profit organization
Employer Identification Number
*1 Non-Profit Group Leader will receive his/her services for free.
(DO NOT add him/her to the head count)
Each package is from 1- 4 hour in length depending on the amount of guest attended, longer hours are available to meet your party needs. A 13 percent tax will be applied to all packages.
